Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of teststripconnections.com and your submission of diabetic supplies to Test Strip Connections ("we," "us," "our"). By submitting our offer form or otherwise sending us supplies, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who Can Use This Service

You must be at least 18 years old and the lawful owner of any supplies you submit to us. By submitting a supply for sale, you confirm both of these are true.

2. What We Buy

We buy unopened, unexpired diabetic supplies — including Dexcom, Omnipod, Medtronic, and FreeStyle Libre products, and test strips — with at least 6 months of shelf life remaining and intact, unopened packaging. We do not accept opened boxes, and heavily damaged items may be declined or valued lower. Full guidelines are posted on our website.

3. Offers Are Estimates Until We Verify Your Supplies

Any offer we give you based on your form submission and photos is an estimate. Your final payout is confirmed only after we physically receive and inspect your supplies. If the condition, quantity, or expiration dates differ from what was submitted, we'll contact you with a revised offer before finalizing payment.

4. Shipping & Pickup

  • If you choose to ship, we'll email you (or send a link to download) a free prepaid shipping label — available anywhere in the U.S.
  • Local pickup is available in the Tulsa, OK metro area by arrangement.
  • You're responsible for packaging your supplies securely. Damage that occurs in transit due to inadequate packaging may reduce your payout.
  • Risk of loss during shipping transfers to us once the carrier accepts the package using our provided label.

5. Payment

Once we've received and verified your supplies, we'll send payment using the method you selected — CashApp, Zelle, PayPal, or check — to the payout information you provided. Payment timing may vary based on the method chosen and our verification process.

6. Communications & SMS Consent

By submitting the offer form with your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from us about your submission. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

7. Not Medical Advice or a Medical Provider

Test Strip Connections is a supply buyback service, not a medical provider, pharmacy, or insurer. Nothing on this website or in our communications is medical advice. If you have questions about your diabetes management or supplies, consult your healthcare provider.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Test Strip Connections is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or your submission of supplies. Our liability for any claim related to a submission is limited to the agreed payout for that submission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
